Common questions
How do I pick a size?
Sizes run 8 to 14. A championship ring wears heavier than a wedding band, so most people go half to a full size up. The sizing page lists inside diameter and circumference in millimetres and shows how to measure with a strip of paper.
How much can I engrave?
Fifteen characters per side panel, two panels. Letters, numbers, spaces and basic punctuation. The product page counts characters as you type and won't let you go over.
When does production actually start?
After you approve the proof we email you — not when you pay. That's why the 28–40 business day window is counted from approval.
Can I still cancel?
Yes, any time before you approve the proof, for a full refund. After approval the ring is being made and can't be cancelled.
What if it doesn't fit?
Rings bought as shown can be exchanged for another size within 30 days. Personalized rings can't — they're made for you, which is why we'd rather you ask about sizing before ordering.
Something arrived damaged or wrong.
Email us within 14 days with photos. If it's defective or differs from the proof you approved, we remake or refund it — that's on us, not you.
