Returns & Refunds
Two kinds of rings, two different rules. Rings bought as shown can come back within 30 days. Rings engraved with your own wording are made for you and can't be resold, so those are final sale unless something arrives wrong with them.
1. Rings bought as shown — 30 days
If you bought a design as pictured, with no personalization, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back for any reason, including changing your mind or ordering the wrong size.
The ring needs to come back unworn and in its original packaging. Try it on indoors; a ring that has been worn out, scratched, or resized elsewhere can't be resold and can't be refunded.
2. Personalized rings — final sale
Rings engraved with your own wording are made to order. Nobody else can buy a ring that says your league name on it, so we can't take it back. All sales of personalized rings are final.
This is exactly why we send you a proof before production and why nothing is made until you approve it. Read the proof carefully — that approval is what we build from.
The one exception: if your ring arrives defective, damaged in transit, or engraved differently from the proof you approved, it's on us. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll remake or refund it.
3. Wrong size
Ring sizes are chosen by you at checkout, and a personalized ring can't be exchanged for a different size. If you aren't sure, check the sizing guide before ordering or ask us first — we'd rather answer a question than remake a ring.
For rings bought as shown, a size exchange within the 30-day window is fine; you cover return shipping, we cover sending the new one.
4. How to start a return
Email us with your order number and, if the ring arrived damaged or wrong, photos showing the problem. We'll send return instructions and, where it's our error, a prepaid label.
Refunds go back to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the ring. Banks usually post the money within 5–10 business days after we issue it.
5. Cancelling before production
A personalized order can be cancelled for a full refund any time before you approve the proof. Once you approve it, we start making the ring and the order can no longer be cancelled.
Orders of stock designs can be cancelled any time before they ship.
