1. Production and delivery times

If you need a ring by a specific date — a draft party, a league banquet — tell us before you order and we'll say honestly whether it's possible.

Rings as shown

Leave our facility in 3–7 business days, then normal transit time.

Personalized rings

28–40 business days to make, counted from the day you approve your proof — not from the day you order.

Team orders

Larger runs may add time; we tell you the date before you approve the proof.

2. Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland. Shipping is calculated at checkout and is free on orders over $99.

Import duties or taxes charged by your country are not included and are the recipient's responsibility.

3. Tracking

You get a tracking number by email as soon as the ring ships, and it also shows on your order page. If tracking hasn't moved for five business days, contact us and we'll chase the carrier.
